It starts with putting it in His will. It really messes with people who think that God works in the service industry.CWMartinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06798867734074134647noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5822869016413307981.post-71296327741094134542013-06-03T21:15:38.638-04:002013-06-03T21:15:38.638-04:00CWM ~

So many people think that just by praying they going to get the answer they WANT, because they are being humble, faithful, etc, but then they get frustrated or mad when the answer comes and it's not what they wanted to hear. It is certainly no testimony to anything I'm doing, but the ability of God to reveal what is necessary when it is needed.

It is, though, a commitment by me to opening my Bible EVERY DAY... just as the bathroom thing is part of a commitment to start every day in prayer. Not that I have apprehended, as Paul said, but the continual motion of the attempt. Or was this just you reading and thinking and writing?

Either way, it was extremely well formulated.

And by the way... although it's been many years since I've done it, there was a time when I too prayed regularly in the bathroom. It was one place I knew would be quiet and where I wouldn't be disturbed. I would just kneel on the floor, and I managed quite a number of good, deep prayers there.

If Jonah could pray to God from the belly of a huge fish, I guess a bathroom isn't off limits either.

~ D-FensDogg
'Loyal American Underground'Stephen T.
