We took a longer walk yesterday. Trudge through the woods, down to the river, and back up the frozen banks to the creek.

By this morning, though, I highly doubt the crossing would've been possible...

Not a lot of crunching- the creek wasn't deep, the snow was, and we followed where the smart animals went.
