Well, I have to give them credit. They do listen. Who? The idiots who waste their time and mine placing spam comments on my blog. I have complained here a few times about their habit of picking a post and sending buttloads of spam comments to it. So they tried something new today. From 8:45 Monday morning till 1:20 Monday afternoon, they put 43 spam comments on 41 separate posts. As far back as January 26, 2010, and as recent as last Monday. 6 in 2010, 10 in 2011, 9 in 2012, 5 in 2013, 3 in 2014, and 8 this year. For some reason, June was the heavy favorite with 7, four of those from this year. As usual, they fail to get me to look at their oh so exciting links, everyone of them in the new favored form of randomly generated first and last names with a middle initial shoehorned in ( such as "RenaldoZRapin" and "DorianNStuekerjuerge"). But at least they give me a reason to yet again make fun of the stupidest breed of human being on the face of the earth. And since most of my pageviews today, for some unknown reason, came from France, I will have to conclude this with,
Stupide est aussi stupide fait.
In the meantime, here's some pics for your virtual-walking pleasure.

Stupide spammers! Sorry, CW. They infuriate.
ReplyDeleteBut that bright yellow bird makes for a great photo.
Yep, I love goldfinches.
DeleteChris:
ReplyDeleteWhen it comes to the spamming trolls, they just cannot take NO for an answer...Hope they get bored (or someone breaks their hands...bwahahahaha)
Very nice pictures, though...
Nice contrast.
Stay safe up there, brother.
Got almost the same amount today. I'll have to check my stats and see if their still routing through France. I think most of it has a Russian origin.
DeleteSpammers wear me out.
ReplyDeleteI'm bushed...
DeleteYou should do a spammer hall of fame page. I had to, some of those comments were too hilarious to simply delete.
ReplyDeleteHah! That wouldn't be a bad idea. Might be a bit of work, since I have been too lazy to tag my posts. My favorite was one of my first. It was a post about something in sports, and the "poster" commented: "Ladylike post."

DeleteWow! That's crazy! I don't understand spammers. Like, what would make you want to do that job. I understand being broke, but being paid to be annoying? That's just... sad. I'm sorry you're having to deal with this!
ReplyDeleteI really dig the pictures of the woods flooded and that tree with the bright yellow bird.
Thanks for stopping in! I just take it for whatever amusement I can get out of it, as I do much of life. I have to admit, though, that day three of the assault is getting less than amusing.
