Finally, SOMETHING'S poking up throught the leaf litter- I have no idea WHAT... |
River's way down again. |
Somebody was digging over by the Green Hole... Next time go to Lowes! Brand new and broken already. |
Here's our intrepid adventurer just after nearly falling down the bank. |
Time for a dip... and there he is, in the water. |
I could sit at river's edge and just watch the world go by infinitely... not so Scrappy. But it was so nice, even he didn't whine much. Just got back in the water. |
That low spot in the new trail really took a beating this winter... Your Purdue U. School of Engineering scholarship dollars at work. |
And here's something new... a long-dead log in the road! And now, some, "Scrappy requests to play" pictures... |
Me and my baby... |
Well...? |
WELL...? |
DAMN IT, pay attention!!! |
Oh scrappy you are such a funny dog at times and you do like the camera.............nearly as much as you like your walks...........lol
ReplyDeleteScrappy says: "That's the problem with being so cute. No body takes you serious."
ReplyDeleteI think Scrappy needs to write a book about his walks.
ReplyDeleteIt would have to be titled, "The Things I Missed With My Nose To The Ground And My Head Up My Butt".
ReplyDeleteI totally agree about sitting and watching the river. I enjoyed your walk, Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteCWM:
ReplyDeleteLooks like he's got YOU trained REALLY well...LOL.
Back in Philly, we had Pennypack Creek (about the same size as the "rivers" HERE - LOL)...loved to hike, bike and just sit and watch life unfold...
Something to be said for "communing with God's nature".
Always a good time there.
Thanks for the "walk".
Stay safe up there.

Those are awesome pictures! Cute puppy doggy, too. I love watching water flow by. It's so calming.
ReplyDeleteI love the woods in the spring! And I think the spotted leaf in your top photo is young skunk cabbage. : )
ReplyDeleteFace: Thanks for the info!
