Fort Wayne Man Finds Treasure Chest With Metal Detector

Seriously, I did!  Here, see for youself:






KC speculates it might have been part of a fishtank display.   Definately it was the guest of honor at target practice.

    Judging solely by the pictures themselves, it would appear to be some kind of ammo can (.30 cal?)

    But I never had any fish OR thier displays, so I don't have a point of reference there.

    IDK, Bob, it's decorated like a treasure chest and seems to have been painted that way in the past.

    Mynx, the treasure was coming home, having Laurie say "Did you find anything?" and being able to answer, "Yeah, a treasure chest!"

    But wouldn't it had been better if you had found real treasure and yes I know that is unlikely to happen but you never know you may one day find some money and not a couple of pennys...........lol
