Okay, first let me set the scene...
Last night around 4 pm...
Yes, that was the beginning of what ended the last time I measured it as 7.5 inches of snow. First time we got a 1-day snow over 3 inches in over a thousand days. And as we hunkered down to collect news on the storm...
That got posted about 2 hours after I took the pictures. Note the Fort Wayne total... I replied to this, "Did you take the Fort Wayne reading INDOORS?"
This morning, the snow has stopped, but it is 27 F (around -3C) and the wind is HOWLING. Let me put it this way. Misty and I sleep upstairs. The downstairs gets drafty in the wind, and the furnace runs more. On weekends I sleep with Christian talk radio on. About 4 AM it was getting too hot upstairs, so I closed the furnace grate and cracked the window. Within moments, I had to turn up the radio so I could hear it over the wind. Needless to say, Laurie called in today. Our neighbor apparently didn't have that option, since when I took Misty out at 8, there was a path carved from our doors to the parking lot. Misty made an extra effort to get everything done, and has had no interest in venturing out again. I have a vacay day tomorrow (I hd an eye appointment late morning), so I have no interest in clearing anything till later today at the earliest.
I do have some pictures from when it was nicer out... a week ago Saturdaay...

You say, "Well, that was a week ago. What have you done for fun since?" That's an easy answer...
...Bobs Bar was open!
Sadly, I was the only "customer". KC had a sick child on his hands. Grayson gets a severe case of Impetago- apparently there is a strain that is the same bacteria that causes MRSA, and only one med will knock it out.
And that, friends, is how Thanksgiving weekend went. Hope you had a good one!
